Getting to know each other is the most crucial step in our process, which is why we’ll start you off with our welcome pack and a questionnaire where you can give us all your goals, references and notes.

Next, we’ll sit down together, get to know each other and dig deep into what your true image is and how your big goals tie in with your socials strategy

One fortnight later you’ll have your new strategy on your desk, and we’ll get to creating and scheduling

Approvals: once a month we’ll invite your to look over our creations and make sure everything aligns with your vision. You can request up to 2 revisions per post.
Monthly check-ins: every subscription includes a monthly meeting where together we will brainstorm future content based on your business happenings
Reports: whether monthly or quarterly (based on your subscription) our reports provide both results and deeper understanding of your audience. We welcome questions and aim to improve your understanding of each platform within these results.
Strategy revisions: social media is an ever-changing landscape requiring regular strategy check-ins to dig deeper into whats working and whats not. We believe in transparency, which is why we’re comfortable saying there’s no one way to ‘do’ social media, meaning there will be some times of trial and error. We do, however, guarantee engagement growth within 90 days.
